The Privacy Policy refers, among others, to Shopify, Firebase, flespi, Billingo and Resend, as well as payment, telecommunications and delivery service providers.

The data controller is NordiQ Solutions Kft. You can submit privacy-related requests through the contact details provided in the Privacy Policy, for example at info@qber.hu.

In addition to contacting Qber, the Privacy Policy states that you may also contact the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) or a court, subject to the applicable conditions.

According to the Privacy Policy, Qber currently does not use decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR that is based solely on automated processing and produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Payments are processed through an external payment service provider; according to Qber's Privacy Policy, Qber does not have access to the full card details.

Not necessarily. The lessor is independently responsible for their own data processing and for properly informing renters; Qber's Privacy Policy does not replace this responsibility.

The lessor may review rental-related data and documents available to them, such as vehicle-condition photos and submitted driver's-licence information.

They are used to provide the service, process orders and invoicing, enable vehicle-management and rental functions, handle customer matters, support security and meet legal obligations, based on the legal grounds described in the Privacy Policy.

Yes. Subject to the conditions described in the Privacy Policy, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability and object to processing. Which rights apply also depends on the legal basis for the processing.

Only data that is necessary should be uploaded. When documenting the vehicle, avoid unnecessarily capturing other people or personal information unrelated to the matter.

Vehicle controls can be used by an authorized account. The lessor is responsible for granting access only to people with the appropriate authorization.

Yes. The service processes location and telematics data for vehicle tracking and related functions.

You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications. This does not stop service notifications required to perform the contract.

Qber stores the data for 90 days and then archives it. In certain cases it may still be possible to request the data afterwards; please contact customer support for details.

This cannot be stated as a general rule. Some service providers may process data outside the EEA; the Privacy Policy describes the applicable safeguards for international data transfers.

Qber generally stores them for 90 days. If a dispute arises, they are retained until the dispute has been resolved.

No. Cookies necessary for the website to function are different from optional analytics or marketing cookies; for the latter, your consent settings apply.

Blocking cookies that are necessary for the website to function may prevent the cart, login and certain core features from working properly.

Activation takes place through a unique link. Our colleague will send it by email after confirming your contact details with you.

After installation and configuration, use the unique activation link you receive to select and confirm your subscription, then complete the required payment steps. You only need to do this once; afterwards the subscription renews automatically until cancellation.

The activation link cannot be used in this state; it has probably expired after 7 days. Request a new activation link from Qber customer support.

The activation link is valid for 7 days from the date it is sent. If it expires, you can request a new one from customer support.

The activation link is a unique access link connected to a specific order, device or customer. Do not share it with unauthorized persons.

Yes. Before finalizing the order, you can review and change the information you entered. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and truthful information.

When placing the order, you pay for the hardware, selected accessories and shipping. The subscription starts at activation and is only charged from that point. The installation labour fee is a separate item that you arrange yourself; it is approximately HUF 25,000.

Prepare the car's make, model and model year, as well as your contact, billing and delivery details.

Check the email address you provided and your inbox, including the spam folder, then report the issue. According to the Terms and Conditions, if no electronic confirmation is received within 48 hours, the offer ceases to be binding.

No. The vehicle can be listed on any platform, and during the handover process the renter uses a QR-code-accessible web interface and calls the lessor for remote unlocking.

The Qber platform will support this in the future, but currently only the lessor-side profile is available.

On your phone, go to Settings / Apps / Notifications and manage the notification settings there.

Vehicle controls can be used by an authorized account. The lessor is responsible for granting access only to people with the appropriate authorization.

You can find both the Android and Apple download links in the footer.

No. The lessor is responsible for managing access to the app and bears responsibility for it.

To use the Qber App, Android 10 or later, or iOS 16 or later is required. For proper operation, we recommend using the latest available version of both your operating system and the Qber App.

The Qber App is used for lessor-side vehicle control. The app overview page describes the available functions.

Yes. The app is designed to support management of multiple vehicles.

After activation, our colleague adds the car for you, so you do not need to take any action.

You can list the car anywhere: on RentBen, Facebook, other online platforms, community groups or even your own advertising channel. It is worth stating the rental terms and rules, as well as the pickup and return location, clearly in the listing.

When using RentBen, booking requests arrive through the platform together with the necessary details and booking calendar.

For enquiries received through another advertising channel, you can coordinate by phone, email, Viber or another communication channel.

If the booking was made through RentBen, contact their customer support. If it was your own listing, Qber will help where it can.

It is worth checking with the local parking operator every 2–3 weeks, using the GPS data to identify the relevant municipality, to see whether there is an active fine on the vehicle. Contact the renter; in most cases the matter can be resolved without customer-support intervention.

Toll-related fines are straightforward to handle. The GPS data and rental agreement are stored in the system. Contact the renter; in most cases the matter can be resolved without customer-support intervention.

Cases sent by the authorities can be transferred to the renter's name. Reply to the decision and attach the rental agreement; the police can then close the case and withdraw the decision.

Cases sent by the authorities can be transferred to the renter's name. Reply to the decision and attach the rental agreement; the police can then close the case and withdraw the decision.

On RentBen, you can view the renter's profile, introduction and previous ratings. For this reason, Qber currently recommends RentBen as a listing and payment platform.

If a booking comes through another channel, you need to satisfy yourself that you are entering into the rental agreement with a trustworthy person.

For a RentBen booking, the platform manages the booking calendar and the renter can automatically receive information about the car's exact location and pickup.

For bookings received through your own channel, you need to manage availability yourself and coordinate the pickup location and time.

For a RentBen booking, payment is processed through the platform.

For bookings through other channels, you agree on the payment method directly with the renter, for example bank transfer or Revolut.

In the app, you create the rental and the agreement with one tap, then sign it. Your details and current odometer reading, fuel level and other data are added to the agreement automatically. The system generates a unique ID that you then provide to the renter.

Using the QR code on the car, the renter opens the Qber check-in page, enters the rental ID and uploads:

4 exterior photos of the car,
1 photo of their driver's licence.
They then enter the information required for the agreement and sign the document. Both parties automatically receive the agreement by email.

The renter arrives at the car at the booked time, calls you and receives the ID from you by phone, SMS or email. The website can be opened from the QR-code sticker on the car, or you can send the link to the renter together with the ID in a message.

You can see the vehicle data and fuel level in the app.

You can see the vehicle data and odometer reading in the app.

Qber is a technology designed to support remote vehicle management, handover and return, and rental administration. Our platform is under development and will include our own listing, booking, payment, communication and rating system. :)

Compare local offers for similar cars and also take your own maintenance, operating and idle-time costs into account.

Look at documented history, technical condition, running costs and the needs of your target renters. The blog recommends a thorough pre-purchase inspection.

Not necessarily. Alongside a higher daily rate, you also need to consider purchase, insurance, maintenance and risk-related costs.

In the current semi-automated process, the lessor reviews the documentation and then remotely unlocks and locks the car. The fully automated solution is currently under development.

Check that the personal information and driver's licence are appropriate, review the communication, and if available, look at previous ratings. A platform profile does not replace your own due diligence.

No. Qber is not an insurer; the lessor is responsible for arranging suitable insurance and checking whether it covers rental use.

Explain in advance how charging works, which cable or app is required, the charging and return expectations, and any vehicle-specific usage details.

The semi-automated process requires the lessor to review the documentation and unlock the car remotely. Late-night or early-morning pickup should be arranged in advance.

Decide based on actual profit after costs, available reserves and sustained demand; high revenue alone is not enough.

Qber is designed to simplify processes related to renting out a vehicle, such as vehicle management, handover and return, and the required documentation. Available features may depend on the service package you use.

It helps with remote locking and unlocking, monitoring vehicle status data and documenting check-in/check-out, including online contract signing. In the semi-automated process, the lessor still has certain tasks to complete.

The documentation must be checked before the vehicle is unlocked. The review cannot be completed properly using an unreadable or incomplete image; request suitable documentation.

Include the car's key details, price, mileage allowance, usage conditions, pickup location and the contactless handover process. Qber also provides a listing template.

No. Cleaning, maintenance, condition checks and coordination with renters still require work, although some of these tasks can be outsourced.

Pay attention to the condition of the cargo area, load limits, intended use and proper documentation at handover; customer needs may differ from passenger-car rentals.

No. The examples and calculations are estimates; actual results depend on the car, demand, utilization and actual costs.

Consider the revenue from short rentals together with the costs of handover, cleaning and administration, and adjust the minimum period to the car and local demand.

The lessor is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is roadworthy and has the required documents, insurance and maintenance.

It serves different travel needs, so the target group, seasonality and running costs should be aligned accordingly.

Review the listing photos and description, price, location, available dates, rules and response time. It is worth tracking the effect of each change separately.

Choose a suitable, easy-to-find parking location for the car. This could be, for example, a free parking area or a parking zone associated with your home address.

This will typically be the car's check-in and check-out location, where the renter arrives and where the car is returned at the end of the rental.

No. Maintenance, repairs, insurance, cleaning, services and other costs must also be deducted from revenue.

The blog recommends tracking seasonality, local demand, events and utilization. Adjust the price based not only on the calendar but also on actual booking experience.

Unexpected repairs, startup costs and periods without bookings can occur. The blog recommends planning an operating reserve in addition to the purchase price.

The reviewed pages do not set one uniform age limit for every car. Eligibility must be checked according to the specific listing and rental terms.

If you notify the lessor in advance, they will provide the Green Card and the cross-border authorization.

You can request an extension through RentBen or by arranging it with the lessor if the car is still available for the requested period. Agreement is required; simply continuing to use the vehicle does not extend the rental.

The vehicle registration document is in the glove compartment.

A valid driver's licence authorizing the person to drive the relevant vehicle is required. Any additional requirements relating to minimum age or driving experience are determined by the lessor.

For a RentBen booking, you can find them in the booking details. For other channels, they are available in the listing or in the message received when booking.

Notify the lessor in advance, because the delay may affect the next rental. Any fee and revised return arrangements depend on the rental terms.

Discuss it with the lessor in advance. An additional charge may apply to mileage above the agreed allowance.

In the specific listing and rental terms. The lessor determines the allowance and any excess-mileage fee.

This depends on what is permitted in the listing and on the lessor's conditions. If pets are allowed, follow any specified seat-protection and cleanliness rules.

Only under conditions agreed with the lessor in advance. Notify the lessor about international travel when booking and check the required authorizations and insurance documents.

Not automatically. The renter is responsible for parking according to the relevant zone. Traditional car rental does not include the general free-parking benefits associated with carsharing services.

You always receive the car with a full tank and return it with a full tank. If you want to deviate from this, notify the lessor in advance.

Notify the lessor about any additional driver in advance and follow the terms of the agreement and insurance. According to the renter guide, the contracting party remains responsible.

The listing indicates the road-use permissions already valid for the car. For any other toll road sections, the renter must purchase the required entitlement and present the receipt.

Before departure, confirm the required fuel with the lessor and check the vehicle's own markings. The renter guide specifically draws attention to this.

A vehicle change and relocation of the device must be reported to Qber; the new car's compatibility and the relevant permissions must be checked.

Please ask the distributor or dealer for your specific vehicle, because each distributor may set different conditions.

No. Installation is a separate service; the labour fee and terms must be agreed with the installer. Installation prices can vary significantly—for example, you may receive a different quote in Nyíregyháza than in central Budapest. Our partner currently installs the device for HUF 25,000 gross.

The installation location and appointment must be arranged with the installer. You can choose from partner service locations, or mobile installation may also be available.

A fault related to the installation work should be reported to the installer. A valid claim relating to a defect in the Remote product is separate from this; the cause of the fault must be established.

Approximately 30–40 minutes, although the actual time depends on the car and the work required.

Approximately 30–40 minutes, although the actual time depends on the car and the work required.

Yes. An auto electrician with the appropriate expertise can also install it. The installer is responsible for the correct wiring and installation work.

You contract directly with the selected installer or service centre for the installation work. A Qber partner recommendation does not make Qber a party to the installation agreement.

Only if you have the required permission from the owner or other authorized party. The customer is responsible for ensuring these permissions are in place.

If there is a dispute over authorization, suspected abuse or unauthorized use, the service provider may restrict access until the situation is clarified.

Notify Qber immediately if you suspect unauthorized access, and secure your login credentials and the associated email account.

Not necessarily. A power-supply issue or installation work can also trigger such an event; the cause of the alert must be checked.

No. Qber is a technology service, not insurance or a theft-protection guarantee; in the event of theft, you must also follow the relevant police and insurance procedures.

The thresholds are configured by the administrator. The speeding warning is currently set to trigger at 150 km/h.

The listed alerts include towing, collision, speeding and device disconnection. Their availability and interpretation depend on the settings and the vehicle.

No. Exceeding a configured speed threshold is not the same as reliably determining the legal speed limit for that particular road section.

No. A telematics alert alone does not prove damage or liability; it must be assessed together with photos, the circumstances and any required documents.

Continuous availability is not guaranteed. Network issues or failures affecting third parties may also limit the service.

No. The alert may indicate an event that needs to be investigated, such as towing; by itself it does not prove theft.

The phone call during check-in/check-out takes approximately one minute. This is not a guaranteed duration for the photo process, data entry and the full handover. Those steps take about 3 minutes for the renter.

The lessor provides the ID by phone, SMS or email for the rental that has been created.

No. During check-out, use the same ID you received for check-in.

The submitted driver's licence, personal information, contract and condition photos. According to the presented process, the car is unlocked only after these have been reviewed.

The renter scans the QR code, enters the rental ID, submits the required information and photos, then coordinates with the lessor. In the semi-automated process, the lessor unlocks the car remotely.

On the return page, the renter enters the rental ID, uploads the required photos, puts the key back and then coordinates with the lessor to close the rental.

The presented process requires four exterior photos and one driver's-licence photo at check-in, and four exterior plus two interior photos at check-out.

Take well-lit, sharp and comparable photos; the main sides of the car and any damage should be clearly visible. Close-up damage photos should supplement the overview images.

Document it and notify the lessor before setting off so that the vehicle's condition at pickup is clear.

Put the key back in the glove compartment, switch off the lights, take the required photos and call the lessor so that the car can be locked.

No. The car must be returned to the location agreed in advance; any change must be coordinated with the lessor.

The uploaded photos, final odometer reading and fuel level, followed by remotely locking the vehicle.

The documentation available in Qber is intended to make rental management more transparent. You can find all documents in the App, and if you need any additional information, customer support can help.

Yes. The introductory monthly discount is also applied automatically to the annual plan.

The subscription starts upon activation after installation and configuration, not when the Remote device is ordered.

The first three months are discounted to HUF 4,990 per month; from the 4th month the fee is HUF 9,990 per month.

The annual fee is HUF 94,392, payable upfront in one payment, and includes a 10% discount.

You will be notified in advance of a price change, and it can apply only to future periods. It does not change the price of a period already paid for; you can cancel the next renewal.

No. Purchasing the hardware and activating the subscription are separate steps; an active subscription is required for the ongoing service.

Yes, of course. We also recommend it to our customers because it results in a lower effective monthly fee.

Yes, the annual discount is 10%, although individual promotions or special offers may occasionally be available.

Not at the moment, but keep an eye on current promotions.

The billing cycle is tied to the activation date. For a monthly plan, the next monthly billing date applies; for an annual plan, the annual renewal date applies. If the corresponding calendar date does not exist, the payment system may use a nearby date according to its rules.

The monthly subscription covers monthly billing periods, while the annual subscription covers a 12-month period paid in advance. Both renew automatically until you cancel them.

Beyond the paid monthly or annual period, the described plans do not include a separate minimum commitment period or standalone cancellation fee.

Not automatically. The subscription renews regardless of how often the car is used until you cancel it in accordance with the applicable terms.

Yes. It renews automatically according to the selected monthly or annual billing cycle until you cancel the next renewal.

Yes. The subscription can be paused. In this case, choose the pause option rather than cancellation.

You can restart it by signing in to your subscriber account, through the app, or by contacting customer support.

If you allow travel abroad, we recommend stating in the listing that the renter must notify you in advance. Your renter will need two documents: 1. The Green Card, which your insurer provides together with your policy. In most cases it can also be downloaded later from the documents section of your insurer's website after signing in. 2. A cross-border authorization signed by the vehicle owner, which you can also download here:

Try requesting a new password, refreshing your internet connection, clearing cookies, and similar steps. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

You do not need one to make the purchase, but a Qber account is required afterwards. A Shopify account is only recommended; it lets you track and manage your subscriptions and orders.

Only card payment is available.

For a RentBen booking, the platform's payment system can be used. Through another channel, the lessor and renter agree on the payment method, for example bank transfer, Revolut, Wise, etc.

No later than 14 days after Qber becomes aware of the withdrawal. For goods, the refund may be withheld until the product is returned or credible proof of dispatch is provided, whichever occurs first.

The subscription fee is charged repeatedly using the payment method accepted at activation, according to the monthly or annual billing cycle.

You can change it in your account under subscription management.

The renter guide does not recommend cash because the presented process takes place without an in-person meeting.

The cost corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery method is refundable. Any additional cost for a more expensive delivery option you selected does not have to be refunded.

Prices are final amounts shown in Hungarian forints. The Terms and Conditions state that the service provider is exempt from VAT, so no separately charged VAT appears on the invoice.

Qber may send a notification and retry the charge. If a payment remains outstanding, the service may be restricted or suspended.

Only card payment is available.

Using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to another method. The time it takes for a card refund to appear may also depend on your bank's processing time.

For bookings received through your own channel, the lessor manages availability, coordinates pickup and ensures that bookings do not overlap.

No. Qber can also be used with renters acquired through other channels; the described process is not tied exclusively to a single booking platform.

No. After completing the Qber handover/return process, the booking must also be closed in the RentBen system.

Qber's own booking solution is currently under development. The current guide recommends RentBen or your own booking channel.

While driving, it is updated every few seconds. When parked, the device also collects information but does not send it immediately. It wakes up every few hours, sends the data and then returns to sleep.

Qber displays location data; how current it is depends on GPS and mobile connectivity. If there is a connection issue, the last known location may be shown.

Route history is also stored in Qber. Whether it is displayed directly in the App depends on user feedback; if there is sufficient demand, this feature may be developed soon. For the exact available history period and retention time, please contact our team.

Satellite reception, the mobile network and the vehicle's surroundings can affect location data. If no fresh data is available, the last known location may be displayed.

Check the data connection and the service status. Vehicle power supply, network coverage or an installation fault may also cause the device to be unavailable; report persistent issues to support.

Uploading the photos is mandatory for the rental, but if it does not work at all, you can also send the images to the lessor by email.

Check with the lessor; one of you has probably entered the ID incorrectly.

Without a mobile connection, data updates and remote controls may be limited or temporarily unavailable. The app may continue to display an earlier status.

No. The data will be uploaded when the next mobile connection is detected.

The lessor should help first. If they cannot resolve it, contact our customer support.

Check the internet connection, subscription status, device availability and the vehicle's feedback. If the issue is not resolved, contact Qber support; sending a command alone does not confirm that the vehicle was unlocked.

Check the internet connection, subscription status, device availability and the vehicle's feedback. If the issue is not resolved, contact Qber support; sending a command alone does not confirm that the vehicle was unlocked.

What you are allowed to include depends on the advertising platform. For example, some platforms prohibit email addresses or phone numbers. To make listings more consistent, we created a downloadable advertisement template that you can copy from here, paste anywhere and then edit.

The available vehicle data depends on the car's model, model year and electronic system. This may include, for example, GPS position, odometer reading, battery or fuel level, door status and various warning indicators.

Make sure everyone is safe, request emergency assistance if necessary, notify the lessor and document the incident. You must also follow the procedure required by the insurer and the rental agreement.

The renter guide refers to costs up to the amount of the deductible, but the actual coverage, exclusions and liability depend on the insurance and rental terms.

This depends on the services offered by the specific lessor. Assistance is always indicated in the listing. Cars with this service generally have a slightly higher rental fee.

Notify the lessor and coordinate assistance with them. Describe the nature of the problem and your location accurately.

The renter should take clear, comparable photos at pickup and return; document any pre-existing and new damage separately.

Qber does not replace the vehicle manual or professional advice. If the warning concerns safety, do not treat the app data as permission to continue driving; contact the lessor and an appropriate professional.

Notify the lessor as soon as possible and take photos of the damage. The claim should be handled in accordance with the rental agreement and insurance terms.

The lessor decides whether to require a deposit and how much it should be. Qber does not impose a single mandatory deposit for every rental.

It depends on how the booking and payment were made. If the booking was made through RentBen, the platform handles it; for an external booking, the lessor handles it.

The lessor should consider the vehicle's value, the insurance deductible, the risks and the target customer group, then communicate the amount and conditions in advance.

On RentBen it is released automatically; if the deposit was paid by bank transfer, the lessor transfers it back.

The check can be started using the car's make, model and model year. The specific version and equipment level may affect which functions are available.

No. The checker is for information purposes; the actual functions depend on the specific vehicle version and on what is verified during installation.

No. The available control and data-reading functions depend on the car's model, model year and equipment.

Request an individual check from Qber and provide the car's details. Being absent from the list does not by itself confirm either compatibility or incompatibility.

In the compatibility checker, select your car's make, model and model year. If sufficient data is available for that vehicle, the system will indicate compatibility; if the result is uncertain, further verification is required.

Yes. Aftermarket modifications and other electronic systems in the vehicle may affect operation. Let us know about these in advance during the consultation.

No. In the presented process, the renter uses the traditional car key during the rental.

Contact the lessor immediately and let them know.

Contact the lessor immediately and let them know.

In the presented contactless handover process, the key is waiting for the renter in the glove compartment and must also be returned there at the end of the rental.

Key detection is also presented as a feature under development for the automated process. The status of a key in the ignition is not the same as reliably detecting a key left in the glove compartment.

No. Deleting the app, switching off the device or removing it does not replace properly cancelling the subscription.

Notify Qber of the change of ownership, arrange what happens to the device and access rights, and manage the subscription separately. Selling the car does not by itself stop subscription charges.

The cancellation terms agreed with the specific lessor or booking platform apply. This is separate from cancelling a Qber subscription.

You may be liable for depreciation resulting from use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product. Changes in condition caused by installation, wiring and removal may be taken into account when calculating the refund.

According to the policy, no. As a general rule, this right applies to customers qualifying as consumers, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Simply opening the package or no longer having the original packaging does not by itself exclude the right of withdrawal. The product must be packaged safely for return.

Use the relevant menu item in the website footer, send a clear statement to szamlazas@qber.hu, or write to NordiQ Solutions Kft., 1038 Budapest, Pusztakúti út 10/b. 3/5. Include your name, order number, product and reply address.

Cancelling the annual plan stops the next renewal. The service remains available until the end of the paid annual period; there is no prorated refund for a standard cancellation. Statutory consumer rights are separate from this.

After cancellation, the monthly subscription remains usable until the end of the period already paid for and will not renew afterwards. A standard cancellation does not include a prorated refund; statutory consumer withdrawal rights are governed separately.

Special rules for early performance apply. If a service was started at your express request, a proportionate fee for the service already provided may be payable when it is terminated.

Use the subscription management section in your account, or if that is unavailable, send an identifiable request to szamlazas@qber.hu. The request must be sent before the next charge.

You can find the menu item in the website footer.

The SIM data connection, app-related services and remote functions may stop or become restricted when the subscription ends.

As a general rule, 14 days from receipt of the product. Withdrawal may also be communicated before delivery.

You should receive a cancellation confirmation. Keep it, and if the confirmation does not arrive, contact billing support.

As a general rule, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning the product unless Qber expressly agrees to cover it.

You must return it without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying Qber of the withdrawal.

The product page shows a price of HUF 14,990 and Coral and White versions.

No. The sticker pack is an optional accessory, but it is recommended. It makes on-site rental and the check-in & out process easier and, based on our experience, can result in more bookings and higher revenue.

Customer support can help, and we can send a replacement for a small additional fee.

Yes, but notify customer support because the vehicle assigned to the QR code needs to be changed.

The sticker pack contains four stickers; the QR code associated with the car helps the renter access the rental process.

We always announce current referral promotions in the app.

An Invite button is available in the app. We always announce current referral promotions in the app.

The renter must comply with traffic and parking rules. When handling fines, the official procedure and the rental agreement apply.

The lessor determines the surcharges and usage conditions. The reviewed page does not publish one mandatory standard fee table for all vehicles.

According to the rental terms communicated in advance for exceptional soiling. The reason and amount of the charge should be made clear beforehand, and the vehicle's condition should be documented.

The Qber system is built around a single user profile. However, the app used as a lessor cannot currently be used for renting a car. The renter side is currently under development.

The device's data connection is included in the active Qber subscription, so you do not need to purchase a separate mobile data plan.

The Qber Remote device costs HUF 69,000. Since purchasing and installing it are mandatory for using the system, it is automatically added to the cart when you place an order.

The device draws less than 6 mA, so it should not affect operation even over several weeks. For parking periods of 1–2 months, especially in winter, it is worth paying closer attention.

The package includes the Qber Remote device, the required cabling and a pre-installed SIM card. You must also choose a subscription, and you can optionally order stickers for your car.

Certain configuration and software updates can be performed remotely. A physical or wiring fault may still require an installer.

Operating areas: all EU member states, Switzerland, Norway, Albania, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Moldova, Ukraine, Türkiye and Georgia.

Qber communicates over the mobile network, so you do not need to be within Bluetooth range of the car to use remote functions. A suitable connection is required both at the vehicle and on the controlling device.

No. Qber communicates through its own service provider. The device is configured during installation, so it would not work with another SIM anyway.

No. Qber Remote comes with a pre-installed SIM card.

The supplied SIM may only be used for the Qber service and in the designated device; moving it to another device is not permitted. Tampering with the installed device is prohibited and may result in suspension of the service.

The Qber device has its own internal battery capacity, so it can continue operating for up to approximately 24 hours.

Each equipped car requires its own Qber Remote device.
